From replacing garish makeup with subtle tones to learning how to look sexy without revealing too much skin, the series highlights the impact of what women wear on how they feel about themselves and their lives.

It also highlights the effect it has on how people judge them, too. There are some positive messages, but minute episodes don't offer enough time to really flesh out the underlying issues that led to the women's ostensible fashion faux pas.

The meaning of the "lust" rating isn't fully defined, either. But folks who like fashion transformations will find the show entertaining, and the women are often very happy with the result. Families can talk about some of the series' messages. Is there a relationship between fashion and how you feel about your yourself?
